Good Points

A joy to use. Easy to clean.


Bad Points

No heat after 18 months use (domestic family of 2).
Poor after sales service.


General Comments

I was very happy with my Tefal 2940 Turbo Pro Express until the plate would not get more than warm after 18 months light domestic use. After sales were not helpful because the steam iron would need to be shipped to Birmingham UK. I need a first stop engineer to access the problem.
