Good Points

10 year parts guarantee, Twin tank, non-electric, soft water back wash, Soft water 24/7, Best water softener on the market, quality service from PH Softeners. Also its the only water softener we found with the British Standard 14743


Bad Points

Price at first but pays for itself over the years.


General Comments

I live in Washingborough, Lincoln and we knew are water was very hard. We looked at all the websites and contacted Kinetico.co.uk who put us in touch with there main dealer for this area. (PH Softeners.co.uk) He came round and gave us a free home demo. We was impressed with them who never gave us any pressure. We rang a week later and ordered a Kinetico 2020c High Flow which they recommended as we had a high flow hot water system. He also recommended a Reverse Osmosis water purifier but we did not buy one at the time, we will be buying a new RO form them as they have a brand new model coming out the K5. He installed the water softener and commissioned it. He set the softener for our hard water which had just over 500ppm. We instantly noticed the difference as soon as we had a shower. Its not to often these days you get a good service and a quality product, but we were very impressed by PH softeners and would defiantly recommend them.
