Good Points

Good size to fit.
Comes with fitting kit, very handy.


Bad Points

The first unit I received was broken where the resin unit marries with the salt container. Suggest that the manufacturer should improve their packaging.


General Comments

So far, very happy with the performance of this Tapworks water softener. Used the AD11 to replace my 20 year old Permutit 8.32. It conveniently fitted into the existing cupboard space with room to spare. Although not mentioned in the brochure it comes with a standard fitting kit.
