Finaghy branch in belfast is spacious compared to the north belfast branch. It is usually easy to get a machine without waiting.
Machines are a bit old, some reception staff need training in manners
Cross trainer machines are a bit awkward to use. Some members of reception staff need training in customer care. Certain members of staff at the finaghy branch in belfast have to be the most ignorant person I have ever had the displeasure to meet, Not only do they not make eye contact or make an attempt to be half way pleasant or welcoming-but go out of there way to make members feel unwelcome-sort it out pleaaaase.
