Absolutely first class service in every way. Good design. Easy to operate. Helpful interaction with its designer. Easy to follow instructions.
None - far from it.
Above all it has been easy to have matters explained.
I am an 'older user' so have perhaps been less easy to explain things to than somebody brought up with the new technology. The gentleman at Pom Design has been utterly patient, and clear giving 'idiot proof' instructions which is greatly appreciated.
The site be built for me is exactly what I requested - except that it far surpassed my expectations. I have recommended this builder to others.
