General Comments

No QA to check poor quality disks as far as I am concerned. Lovefilm.com replies on users to report errors.

Only subscribe to their service if a 30% failure rate on DVDs sent is acceptable to you. They do have a wide selection of DVD's but I would not recommend Love Film due to my experience.
