Good Points

First Plus were happy to lend us money against our property and were quick and efficient as well as helpful


Bad Points

When having problems First Plus are anything but helpful - their call staff are on the verge of being rude and at times come across as being threatening. Where have all the helpful staff gone or are they just employed in the "lending " area


General Comments

I have been made to feel like a criminal by the First Plus Loans call centre staff and despite us trying to keep them informed and paying amounts when we are able to - I cannot think of anything good to say about First Plus and would not suggest anyone use them unless they are 100% sure that their employment is safe.
