I liked all the features though a lot were unnecessary. Awesome costumer service.
Bad Points
Too small, the joystick idea was a flop, it broke just after a year (lucky I got the warranty) and the virtually unscratable surface, virtually didn't exist.
General Comments
At first I thought I liked the Creative ZEN V Plus player. It was cute and all but really a pain. Doesn't come with any accessories you can buy so it was constantly falling out of my pocket, like I said above, it scratches really easy and doesn't work longer than a year so if you buy it, get the extended warranty. I'm getting a nano with my refunded money.
