Nothing!
Everything!
I was recently involved in a rather frightening accident in which I ended up being hit by another driver. Some twenty minutes later (and still in shock) I called Swiftcover to put the wheels into motion. Before I knew it swift had decided, based on a ten minute phone call where I spoke very little sense, that I was to blame! It doesn't matter how much evidence I provide they simply do not want to know and as a result I have lost two years no claims. Swift were rude and unsympathetic to me. They farm out there claims to another firm (they don't have their own claims team!) and have not yet bothered to contact me regarding the repairs to my own car!
End result I have had to fork out £600 for repairs to my own car whilst the bloke who ran into me is swanning around in his newly repaired car!
Swift are the most dreadful insurance company I have ever dealt with and when I threatened to pursue action even claimed they were not regulated by the FSA which is utter guff!
