Return policy is appalling!
I purchased shoes at a Cathy Jean store and realized I had a very similar pair at home, so I exchanged them. The new shoes I bought were nice - but the right shoe kept slipping off my foot (I walked around in my living room). When I went to return them I was told I could not have my money back because I had "exchanged" them, even though I had a receipt and the shoes were unworn. They would issue me store credit only. I will NEVER shop at this store again, which is unfortunate because I had happily shopped their for many years. I will now buy my shoes from Zappos or Nordstrom - both have excellent return policies and are interested in keeping their customers, unlike Cathy Jean!
