The Reps are really helpful and pleasant. We found them very professional.
None as far as Thomas Cook are concerned.
We have traveled to Tunisia twice with Thomas Cook and both times have found them to be very efficient. On arrival at the airport we were told where the coach would be. We were given some information there and then. The meeting the following morning was informative and entertaining. At no time were we pushed into buying excursions.
We did go to the reps cabaret night. That was really good fun and would recommend it other people. Only bad point was that it was in Sousse and because we were from Hammamet a meal was provided which was pretty awful.
There were a few problems in the hotel because of a conference which meant a crowded dining room and also noisy children running up and down the corridors. The rep. sorted this out and residents were allowed in the dining room first and no-more noise.
On leaving we were all checked onto the coach (unlike an experience with another tour company which left ten minutes early without us) and the rep. stayed with us all the way back to the airport where she confirmed the numbers of our check-in desks before leaving the coach.
A good relaxing holiday.
