Good Points
Good food, went 4 kg's over and wasn't charged

Bad Points
No TV's in back of chairs, very uncomfortable on flight, staff weren't very helpful

General Comments
I flew from Heathrow to Phuket on a return flight, going over the staff weren't very helpful and I was amazed to find that on a 12hour flight in this day and age there was only one big screen at the front of the plane although we did have a tv guide to show us all the films and programmes we could have watched if we had been on one of the newer or more updated planes!

When asking the air stewardesses anything I found them very unhelpful although on the return flight they were far more pleasant.

Very uncomfortable seats although was the cheapest flight to Phuket so I guess you get what you pay for!
