Took our money very easily
Refused to pay out even though we had the relevant paperwork and receipts. Wrote several times before we got an answer.
Our luggage was lost en route from Manchester to Paphos as we began a two week holiday in Cyprus. Despite having lost luggage paperwork from Paphos Airport and receipts for a few basic items of clothes and toiletries etc (amounted to just over £60 as we shopped around) Insure and Go Travel Insurance refused to pay. They told us to claim off the carrier, even though we paid extra for luggage cover off them. They took our money very easily but it took numerous letters from us to get an answer out of them regarding our claim. I will never touch this company again.
