The YYZ maple leaf lounge, which really has nothig to do with the Airlines, per say, but it's a great place to unwind (plus free beer unlike any other NA. Airline lounges)
-ground staff are generally nice
-flight attendance are generally nice
Bad customer service.
-no loyalty shown to Elite Aeroplan members.
-online system poor
I am a frequent flier with AC, and have to deal with the miserable ticket agent/help desk all the time. I think I get better service at Burger king than with these folks. period.
