Good Points

Hotel has been refurbished and is now of a very high standard. It is in and ideal position for access to Funchal town and for bus connections and to the Lido.
Staff are extremely helpful and the new breakfast area is very good with opportunity to eat al fresco.


General Comments

This was our second stay in the Raga we found it had improved tremendously since last year (2007) and the room we had eighth floor sea facing, was excellent and clean and kept so by the staff. There was air conditioning that worked, fridge, and safe (at 10 euros a week) and a very well equipped bathroom/shower including a hair dryer. We will definitely use the Raga again.
