The system repeatedly refused to accept my security answers. I had to de register, then re register then... the system refused to accept my security answers. Even with telephone help the system was inaccessible. I needed to be able to keep track of my account as I am often out of the country. As a result of this fiasco I am closing my Yorkshire Bank accounts, I have been a member for over 30 years.
