There are no good points with bt for me.
Qaulity of call centres
Expensive
Oon phone with BT for nearly 3 hours trying to get through to somebody who could tell me why they had taken just short of £100 out my account even though i had cancelled my contract with them for phone and broadband and gone to another provider. I ask to be put through to a manager and just doesn't happen. I am seriously annoyed with bt. I will never go back to them.
