As far as I am aware caps bandwidth in the name of traffic management from 8Mbps to 45Kbps!
090 number support service.
Online support comes from abroad as far as I am aware and I now expect all my replies to be the same, based on a script in my opinion.
Just had my broadband for 6 months with this company. Deeply regretted it. Once my broadband went down for one week, it took them that long to realise that one of the connection in the local exchange was not fitted properly as far as I am concerned.
In the last three weeks they kept capping my bandwidth claiming I have been downloading excessively during peak time between 4pm - 12 am. I was barely doing more than 200 MByte during peak time in my opinion!
And they also claim that when they cap my bandwidth, I should still be getting around 576Kbps. I dont believe this! Test done on Speedtest.net shows that my bandwidth averaged at 45Kbps. That is worse than a dial up! Given I am paying about £19 each month for broadband!
