Customer service (does not exist). Poor quality website and online shopping, call centre couldn't correct anything that goes wrong.
I don't bother shopping with them. I have had missed orders, wrong orders, an order for which I was charged double (£238! for one week's shopping!) and on top of all this I had an order booked for the next day which I needed to change, made the change and went to check out but had lost the delivery slot I had and the order was cancelled!
