Good Points

Easy to arrange and maintain. We have taken additional funds on our mortgage and are impressed with service. Also they offer good rates to existing customers not just new ones.


Bad Points

Have lost our paperwork a couple of times.


General Comments

I found that Nationwide Mortgage are very good and if something does go wrong it is fixed quickly. Very impressed with our local branch - mortgage advisor is very very helpful and easy to deal with.
