Bad Points
Very poor service.
General Comments
We have had a very bad experience with E.ON / EON as we knew we were paying too little monthly, but they would not up our monthly DD so we have ended up with a demand for £450.00 despite contacting them previously to deal with this. After several calls being put on hold for approx 10-15mins at a time they eventually agreed to up our monthly payment to include our outstanding amount. Poor customer service.
