General Comments

Having at one time been very happy with Barclays share dealings, over the last 2-3 years they have been increasingly disappointing. Increasing account charges have coincided with a gradual deterioration in customer service. Emails are never answered (other than an automatic acknowledgement telling you they will respond within 5 (five) days), phone calls result in 30 minutes on hold, and letters go unanswered.

I gave up in the end and moved to selftrade. They can't be any worse.
