Good Points

Good Wide screen and very portable laptop, very light and performs very well. Was a bit spectacle at first but it is a very capable laptop. Very pleased even though it has a shared graphics card (300mb), I don €™t play games but for everything else it has not failed me yet.


Bad Points

Battery lasts only about an hour - the cooling fan sometimes is a bit noisy. The plastic feels a bit cheap; Actual hard drive after the installation of vista is 103 GB. Mouse has no scrolling.


General Comments

I'm a web designer and very fussy with performance but the Advent 1115C laptop performs very well, and for the price you can't go wrong unless you like playing recourses draining games. Vista works very well but can be slow at some times - not the hardware's fault, but I have started to like vista very much, I couldn ' t imagine going back to xp. If xp was installed on this laptop it would run like a dream. Go for it you will not be dissapointed
