Cheap flights
VERY BAD customer service
Impossible to get hold of for refunds
In my case errors on website somehow charges you for a flight that you didn't book
£1 a min to call customer service, they may then hang up on you
Rude staff
I have used Ryan Air before and have never really had to much trouble.... until now!!!
I was looking for flights recently on there website and whilst trying to book flights it would not accept my card and kept showing me the same error message, then another error message came up saying "Please try again later". When I went back later that night the flights had gone up... so I decided to go with JET2 as they where a lot cheaper. I have recently been to my bank and have been charged for flights off Ryan Air although I have not received any sort of contact from Ryan Air, no confirmation or receipt of any kind. I don't see how I was charged since I did not confirm the flights and was shown error messages saying could not accept my card.
Not very happy with customer service, have had lots of trouble getting hold of them and when I did they hung up whilst I was explaing the situation. Considering they charge £1 p/min I was fuming when I finally got through and was hung up on!
Not very happy!
