Cheap prices.
Non-existent customer service
My check card/Mastercard was declined online and given two reasons/number codes by Cheaptickets [bank not accepting charges, incorrect security code]. Called customer service checked with technical support and business office who confirmed that for security reasons, they flagged my check card. Rep tried the card as well and was declined for the third time. Was told to use another card. Card went through and reservations was paid for in full on the second card. However, Cheaptickets also charged the first card three times [3X] -- a complete surprise since the first card was declined three times [3X] and was confirmed to be flagged/unusuable by Cheaptickets. Called customer service who indicated that they are simply holding the funds! Why would Cheaptickets charge hold funds and keep the account numbers on a card that was declined three times, while also charging a second card?
