Irish pub next door was shut, but another one just down the road, plus reasonable Chinese eatery and very good restaurant within 400 meters.
Bed linen not cleaned properly, there was biro marks on my sheets the twin beds were not the same and one was broken.
The food in the place was poor, the meats were tasteless and tough, there was supposed to be an a'la carte menu, but when we asked for it we were told there was no a'la carte in the hotel but the literature in the room said there was.
The breakfast was only bearable, they don't do fried eggs, unless you ask them to, and then it depends who is working that day. The Orange juice was actually only Orange Squash.
The en-suite of our room stunk of dampness and mold, probably because the shower tray was very flimsy and gave way when you took a shower so was probably leaking.
This Hotel rates itself as 4 star, but in reality is only a 2star, Maltese star rating system is different to ours. Even though the hotel is at the cheaper end of the market, it is not good value for money as the food is so bad that if you are on half board you have to go out to eat to get some descent food.
I would NOT recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, the only reason we did not change hotel ( and several fellow guests did move after complaining) was we were only there for a week and did not want to waste a day of our holiday moving.
