Flight was from London Heathrow to Milan Malpensa; was for 1850 and was to arrive in Milan for about 2130.
Flight delayed, then delayed again and again - no reasons were given for the delays.
Eventually BA said it was that the plane was delayed from Edinburgh because of bad weather.
Good points, online check in, can print boarding pass before flight, bag drop desk facility is also quick. Bad points delayed flights, lost luggage, bad or non-existent customer service.
