Sales, sub contractors, customer service.
Having received a quote for conservatory with weather seal, the builder arrived eventually minus a skip. Skip came 4 days later and left again as it wasn`t paid for. Builder meanwhile has dug up concrete for the foundations. Council official not happy with the work and builder finally finds out it is a raft foundation - this means an under estimated quote. Had also ordered windows but finally cancelled whole lot. Trying to get ground back to original state but been promised by the end of week (which week we don`t know). Trying to get deposit back but no luck yet.No returns calls as promised.
Thought the finance agreement was vague. Company wanted to add thousands onto price but no way!
