I booked my round trip ticket through makemytrip by calling them. After a week, they informed me that there was a change in Schedule of the return flight. So, I asked them to cancel the ticket with a promise that they would refund the full amount. The trip has been cancelled and I haven't received the refund till now as far as I am aware. It is more than 15 weeks that the trip has been cancelled. Whenever I call them, they say, we will get back to you and they never did that in my opinion. I do not recommend this company. I will never ever advise my friends to use make my trip.
