Bosch is good with customers.
Having bought my Bosch in Aug '06, the heat exchanger has failed on 3 seperate occasions, it has now come to a point where Bosch have agreed to refund my money in full.
Think twice before buying one of these, my Bosch Exxcel SGS 57E22 has broken down 3 times in the space of 18 months, Bosch themselves have been very helpful though and have agreed to refund my money in full.
