Everything in my opinion
You can't add anything more than that, poor quality long waits for tech support you get disconnected at least once a day. I've recently experienced 35 disconnects in 4 hours as far as I am aware, you also get routed though the USA for EU servers, I've hopped though oxford pheonix and new york before hopping back to Amsterdam for a gaming server in my experience.
I do not recommend Pipex Broadband to anyone, I myself am going to Aquiss with their business 45 connection, I'm also considering IDNET.
