No consideration for people who don't expect to have to return early for a funeral and refuse the ridiculous cancellation insurance or for the English speaking Canadians.
On my flight there someone in my girlfriend's family died and upon arrival in Orlando I was already arranging a return flight. Choose air Canada because they were half the price and with only a 5$ cancellation fee, which was very reasonable, much more pleasant/accommodating staff as well as a timely and comfortable flight.
