Long time to replace faulty items
Unhelpful staff
Although cheap, getting my bathroom suite from bathstore has not been worth any saving. I found two faulty items immediately after delivery, which they insisted I brought into the store myself four days later for a replacement. The toilet was slightly misshapen, which I only noticed after installation and decided to live with. I then found a massive chip out of the paint on the bath after getting it into position and removing the final packaging - bathstore have said the earliest they can replace it is SIX DAYS from now and simply aren't interested in finding any other solution to the problem - meaning I'm stuck without a bath. The staff have been unhelpful and, as far as I'm concerned, smug about the fact that they can't help - which seems to be part of bathstore culture.
