When it works, it works well. The machine is light and easy to manoeuvre round the house. There is a satisfactory range of tools for different jobs. Changing the bags is easy
The pet hair facility relies on a special turbo brush head which uses the suction to rotate the brushes. We have now been through four of these in under two years because they just seize up completely after a few months' use and have to be replaced. At least Bosch do replace them without question.
I am very glad I took out an extra year's warranty on my Bosch Prop Pets because otherwise it would have become useless at 13 months. It looks as if I will only get two years' use out of the machine because when the next turbo brush head gives up I will have to keep buying new ones if I want to go on using it.
