Nonexistent customer service. Phone reps will not or don't know how to fix any problems.
General Comments
After 3 days and 8 hours on phone rehashing same problem,I was blown off by promising emails proving corrections had been made. They never came. finally straightened out problems through merciful airline customer service rep. I will never buy through them again.
