Customer service.
Interparcel's telephone line for customer services kept me waiting for at least 10 minutes before someone spoke to me.
If anything goes wrong, long delays take place (and I mean long), because they refuse to do anything themselves and insist that it's DHL/Fedex/whoever's fault. Because they have to consult the courier companies rather than deal with the problem themselves, I have had a parcel sitting abroad awaiting delivery for over 2 weeks!
DHL tells me that Interparcel should deal with the problem. Interparcel says they need to contact DHL. In the end, Interparcel is the company I hired to deliver the service, but once they got their money, it seemed to me they didn't care anymore. I would go directly with the courier company. At least I found they are more responsible and able of dealing with difficult situations.
