The staff try to be helpful.

Bad Points

Customer Service. Found staff not too courteous at times and can sound irritable when asking questions.

General Comments

Very poor Parcel Delivery Service with City Link. Delivery either at inconvenient times or none at all. They twice failed to card a delivery so I had no proof they had even been to the house. I organised to pick up from their depot and drove all the way there to be told it had been loaded onto a van for redelivery. They couldn't give me an estimated time, so I missed it again they then couldn't re deliver it for five more days.
