Have never experienced worse customer service! Ordered a bed, no sign of it after the 8 weeks, 2 emails sent - took a week to reply to each, was told to wait another month. Still nothing, phoned this time - was told they'd ring back, they didn't. Emailed a proper complaint, reply was that they now couldn't give me a delivery date! Waited a bit more, phoned again and pestered them to give me a reason at least, someone finally came back to say they couldn't deliver to Northern Ireland! It took them over 4 months to work this out and only because I rang them. Their website and magazine clearly states they will deliver large items to N. Ireland so beware! And just hope you never have to deal with customer service as they seem to just put the phone down and forget about it.
