Excellent quality units and appliances - beautiful design - overall, we are very pleased with the outcome.
The designer and surveyors report didn't match, hence a couple of things we were expecting such as the grooves around the sink (draining board), were missing, and the fitted kitchen bin, not available. This wasn't mentioned until it was being fitted, and we now have a "Small" bucket under the sink for a bin and no draining board!
We have to say, we chose Infinity Kitchens, because of their 3 year interest free deal, but are delighted with the overall look of our dream kitchen.
We had a few issues throughout, beginning with the designer - who had to make a second visit to re- measure, the surveyors report missed off a couple of important (to me) items, including undersink bin, and draining board grooves.
Then the price originally quoted was increased - apparently due to our "bespoke wine rack" -
an additional £1700 was asked for to cover their costs.
From receiving the kitchen (delivery) until completion, took 4 weeks, at least 2 weeks longer than we were told. But we have to say the guys who fitted it were excellent, very pleasant and extremely hardworking - working late into the night most nights.
The Infinity office called everyday to check progress, and were fairly quick at sending missing items - I believe there were about 4 items overall.
