None as far as I am concerned
Very unhelpful customer service as far as I am concerned (sent 6 emails complaining about there service and as far as I am aware I have not yet got a reply), absolutely ridiculous speeds in my opinion too, slower than dialup after 4pm and I have a 8Mb/s connection (my line here supports 7mb/s). Therefore I do not recommend Virgin.net.
