A lot of choice.
Often don't have the things you want in stock.
Very bad customer care.
I rang up customer care to ask where the buggy i had ordered was when it had been sent out to me 2 days earlier yet I still hadn't received it. They told me that they had to look into it and would get back to me. I waited an hour and had heard nothing back, so I rang up again and was rudely told that they only had one person looking into the enquiries, but someone would definitely ring me back. I waited in all day to hear back and no one rang me back, I was very disappointed and when the buggy did finally arrive 4 days later, I returned it and ordered one from boots instead. I didn't think they deserved my custom and i certainly won't be ordering from there again.
