Easy online catalogue.
Given erroneous information by customer service and little help. Delivery - when and if it happens. Lack of concern expressed by helpline.
I ordered some curtains and was told on 2 occasions that they would be delivered the following day. When they did not arrive I telephoned mid afternoon and was told to ring back at 7 p.m.
I rang back at 7 p.m and got a half hearted apology but was told that although Customer Service are told to say next day - their small print absolves them of any responsibility to do this.
My advice - if you are going to order from Next accept they deliver when they feel like it. After all the customer is always wrong!
