Poor Customer service, head office communications at best 'poor'. Quality of workmanship poor.
After ordering a conservatory from Everest Windows in July '06 I am still awaiting completion. [Feb '08]
This is a tale of broken promises [calls never returned, letters never replied to].
Faulty workmanship [walls rejected by building control].
Cracked and scratched glass panels.
Failure to communicate with the glass panel manufactures [8 attempts to order the same piece of glass - still waiting]
Leaking roof panels [ now requires that the roof panels [12] be removed and resealed.]
