General Comments

They now owe me £420. Followed all terms to the letter. Today had my final cash back claim returned to me in the post as undeliverable, so I take it thats the end! I cant believe this is happening and we cant do anything. We have so many laws in this country surely people cannot get away with this. If you went into a supermarket and they offered a buy one get one free and at the checkout they charged you for both you would be able to get your money back or leave the items altogether. Why is this any different. Im also now angry at T mobile who the contract was with as they will have been paying this company a commission to sell their deals. I strongly feel they should take on some responsibility as they were quick to take the business, but not any of the fall out now. Surely someone has to be made responsible for this in this day and age!
