Arrived on time.
Valentine's EXPENSIVE red roses lasted just 3 days.
Rubbish 'customer service'.
They sent me TWO payment demand letters for non-existent orders; their website kept crashing so I gave up & ordered by phone, but they were saying I owed for the 2 'crashed' orders!
Have emailed them 4 times & they haven't replied to me.
Customer service = nil
