I haven't got any because I haven't got my order delivered.
From the website, to the treatment give to me, plus the no-delivery after 4 months.
I have made my order back in 26th November. After one month without hearing anything from them I decided to send an email which took one and half week to be replied, and the answer was that my cake topper was out of stock, what wasn't informed when they took the money on my C/C, and if I could wait one month more. I accepted because I really liked that one.
After almost two months and no topper I emailed them again, after the usual one and half week to reply, they informed that the product had came in broken and a new order had already been made if I could wait for 28 days more. I accepted again because my wedding is only in June. After one month we phoned them up and they haven't got it yet. Last week I phoned them again and it was guaranteed that it would be delivered by the end of this week. Not for my surprise it hasn't and I emailed them asking for the cancellation of my order. I hope it doesn't take as long as the no-delivery time.
