Everything Business Post do is extremely poor. Usual story: waiting around for the 8 - 6 time slot, only for the parcel not to arrive. Phoned the contact number at 5:50 to be told the office closed at 5:30. Waited until the morning to be told the driver had left a card as nobody was home. This didn't happen as I was at home all day. Then told the van driver didn't have the parcel on his list for the previous day but it would call out today. After waiting in the second day without a delivery I made several calls to the depot where they told me the van driver didn't have a phone .. and then he did .. and then the parcel was on the van then it wasn't. Agreeing to phone me back to confirm with new delivery details .. then not phoning back. In the end I canceled the order and went to the store to buy direct. Sadly I've just ordered something else from the internet only to find that they also use Business Post. No shock yesterday then when they didn't show up AGAIN or this morning when they didn't answer the phone.
