Good Points

I had read the reviews after purchasing goods. Too late I thought. I read reports of very poor customer service. I have had cause to deal with them twice since my purchase in Jan 08, on both occasions they could not have done more for me. I would go to them first for my next furniture purchase.

I would go to Emporio first when looking for furniture next time.
