Good Points

A great selection of products and they allowed me to label the products in my own name, something other companies just don't like doing!

Customer service I have found is very good and the lady in the office is very helpful. I just think they're too busy for the few people they have in the office maybe?


General Comments

Such a long list of fragrances and scents that it took a long time to decide, the website and photography are a breeze to use. Honestly I've no problem with the company, I hope others feel the same :)

    I think it's all lies. I bet you the author of this is soapcentre themselves!

    I disagree with this review because...it is just not true, customer service is terrible !!!
    you can wait a couple of months for an order, and when you get it it is not correct and poorly wrapped and labelled. And for all this you have to pay up front.

    I disagree with this review because...having your name on their badly done labels gives a bad impression of your company, and having people in the office or not they shouldn't take the money then not come up with the goods.

    If this isn't someone who works there then it is someone who will soon find out how bad customer service actually is and how inconsistant the quality of the products is (if you get them).

    I disagree with this review because I feel as though my experience of trading with this company has been dire. They have delivered part of my orders and have never made good the deficit as of yet although they have been paid for.
