I had business class tickets for an overnight flight and had a broken seat that would not recline. It was a full flight and I was told that I could not change seats but that Customer Affairs would address my complaint. I have been calling and emailing for over 5 months and have still not been addressed. I have called and left several messages and have been continually ignored. But after looking online, apparently my experience with Emirates Airlines Customer Affairs is not an isolated incident. I give a completely unsatisfactory rating for this airline!
